Since opening our first store in November 1993, Cypress has grown by expanding into a variety of brand stores, including "Tsukiji Shokudo Genchan" and "ABURI Hyakukan."

However, the journey was far from smooth, and rather was a series of hardships, including the Lehman Shock, the Great East Japan Earthquake, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We believe that the biggest factor that has enabled us to grow to this point in such an environment is the support of our customers and the local community. Our corporate philosophy is "To bring the joy of food to everyone, not just to provide something special, but to provide excitement and joy in the meals we eat every day." This does not simply mean delivering delicious food; it only has meaning when accompanied by a spirit of "omotenashi" (hospitality) for each and every customer, and this has been the foundation of our company.
